MEET THE TEAM
Hi, I’m Brenna.
I grew up in a military family in Carthage, a small town in North Carolina.
I have 4 personal dogs, each bringing their own unique personalities to our family showing us the joys of life.
I spent the majority of my life around animals, riding horse, training and spending time with primarily working breed dogs, and all kinds of farm animals. My interest and love for working dogs was a core part of my life. In younger years I did agility, obedience and basic handler courses as a kid with my lab.
Joined the Army and spent 8 years as an active duty 92R Parachute Rigger. Stationed at 5th SFG, a SMU , and 725 BSB, where my family and I decided to take roots here in Alaska for the last 5 years.
Leaving the military was a huge transition and outside of becoming a mom I needed to find my purpose. My husband and I started our dream of having a Homestead and raising our kids to embrace and value hard work.
Allowing me to start investing in building a better and healthier working relationship with my dogs.
I continue to seek higher education (college degree, seminars, conferences, in person/online training courses etc) from reputable individuals and trainers in the industry. Putting in the work to truly understand dog behavior and share my love of training!
This knowledge and education has helped lay the foundation for my own Training and Boarding business in my local community.
I love to learn, teach and grow with people ready to build lasting relationships with their dogs. There are countless ways to train and build up your dogs potential. Advocating for your dog by seeking training is the best place to start. Let’s start that journey and tailor it to your expectations and daily life goals!
